Before you order
What is a Server ID and where do I find it?
- In Discord: User Settings โ Advanced โ turn on Developer Mode.
- Right-click your server name โ Copy Server ID.
- Paste it in the form. It's a number with 17โ20 digits.
Will the bot change my existing channels and roles?
No. The bot doesn't create or change channels, categories or roles. In the wizard you choose where each system plugs in, and it only uses what you picked.
What does the custom identity add-on include?
The bot's name, profile picture, banner and description as they appear in your server only. We switch the add-on on for your server, then you set everything up with /botprofile.
What does the AI support assistant include?
An assistant that answers members inside support tickets based on the information you give about your community. It can close solved tickets, send reminders, add and remove users and hand over to a human at any time. The add-on is billed separately at $31.90 per month and we switch it on for your server.
Why is the key bound to a specific server?
Every key is created for one server only and works only there, so nobody else can use your license.
What happens if I stop paying?
The bot stops in your server until you renew. Settings and data are kept, and everything works again as it was once you renew. You'll get a reminder by DM before it ends.
Which permissions does the bot need?
Send messages and files, manage messages, manage roles and nicknames, kick / ban / timeout, and move members in voice. The invite link includes exactly what is needed, and the wizard warns you if something is missing.
Can I change things after setup?
Of course. /settings lets you turn systems on and off and edit placement, options, texts and styling for each. You can run /setup again at any time.
What is the concierge setup?
A done-for-you setup: you fill in a short brief about your community and we design all the settings for you: texts, rules, ticket categories and more, with AI and a personal review. You receive a setup code and run /setup-import: the bot configures everything and, with your approval, also builds your categories, rooms and roles and attaches every system to them (undo with one click). You can also skip the build and attach to existing rooms. Delivered within 48 hours, including 2 free fixes; each additional fix costs $15. The design and texts are the intellectual property of AriBOT, protected by copyright and licensed for use while the service is active. If the service ends, the server may not continue to use the design: 7 days after the service ends the design is suspended automatically, and it comes back as it was if you renew.
Why do panels in a Hebrew server look different from English ones?
Discord aligns Hebrew to the right only in classic embed messages. So in a server where the bot speaks Hebrew, every message is sent as a regular embed: the text is aligned right and the buttons sit below. In an English server the modern Components V2 design is used, with blocks, image galleries and separators. The trade-off for Hebrew: a more classic and less flexible look (for example buttons outside the block) in exchange for correctly aligned Hebrew. So nothing is lost, the banner is sent as its own image message above the panel; you choose it and can change it at any time in /settings. The systems, settings and features are exactly the same in both languages.
