Renewals, support, changes, and what happens if you stop.
The owner gets a private message 7 days before expiry, 2 days before, and on the day the license ends. When you renew, everything returns exactly as it was.
A question or problem? Open a ticket in the general-support room of our server. A private room opens and the team answers there. Renewals, add-ons and license transfers are handled directly by management.
At any time you can add a custom bot identity (name, picture, banner) or the AI support assistant. Systems and texts are yours to change in /settings, and /setup can be run again.
The bot stops in the server, your settings and data are kept, and it all resumes when you renew. A concierge design is suspended 7 days after the service ends and returns with the renewal. Full terms.
