The complete guide
to setup and daily use.
Everything you need from the moment the license is in your hands: permissions, the setup window, server building, commands, renewal and troubleshooting. Also available as a PDF.
1. Invite the bot
The link comes in your confirmation message. It carries exactly the permissions the bot needs:
After inviting, drag the bot's role high in the role list (above the roles it has to manage). Otherwise it can't give or remove them.
2. Activate the license
- In any room of your server run /setup.
- Press Enter key and paste the key you received.
- Only a server admin can activate. If the key is rejected, check that it belongs to this server (the ID is shown on screen).
3. The setup window
The whole setup happens in one window, in the language you chose. You can stop and resume from the same point; the draft saves itself.
| Step | What you do |
|---|---|
| 🎨 Branding | Community name, color, logo and banner. They appear on every panel. |
| 🧩 Systems | Choose which systems to enable: “Recommended” or tick by hand. |
| 🏗️ Server structure | The bot builds a tidy server from the systems you picked, or you skip. See section 4. |
| 👑 Staff roles | Choose who is management and who is staff. Anyone with Manage Server counts as admin automatically. |
| 🛠️ Tuning | Per system: where it lives, options, texts and look. |
| 🚀 Go live | A summary and “Go live now”. The panels are posted to their rooms. |
4. Building the server
In the Server structure step you pick a community type (gaming, creator, business and more), a naming style and a size, and see a preview. The bot builds exactly the systems you picked:
- Categories by area: info, community, activity, support, voice, staff, moderation and logs.
- A role hierarchy with dividers: management, team, community, members. Staff roles carry real permissions.
- 🔒 The staff, moderation and logs categories are hidden from everyone outside the team.
- 🔐 You can lock the server until verification: unverified members only see the info category. Existing members need /verify grant-all.
- Every room has a description (topic), and every system is attached to its room automatically.
Rooms and roles with the same name that already exist are never changed or duplicated. Any build can be undone with /setup-undo, and only what the bot created is removed.
5. Systems and settings
/settings is the control center. Every system has four tabs:
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Options | Switches and numbers: for example thresholds, reminders, auto-close. |
| Places | Which room, category or role the system is attached to. |
| Texts | Every title, button and message can be changed. |
| Look | Color, banner and logo for each system separately. |
After changing a text or design, re-send the panel straight from the screen.
6. Concierge setup
- Fill in the brief in your order room (press Fill in the brief).
- Within 48 hours you receive a setup code.
- Run /setup-import with the code: the bot applies the texts, rules and ticket categories.
- Press Build my server so it builds the rooms and roles too (undoable).
- Something off? Request a fix. 2 fixes are included, and each additional fix costs a small fee.
7. Add-ons
| Add-on | What it does |
|---|---|
| 🎨 Custom bot identity | Your own name, picture, banner and description for the bot in your server. Set it in /botprofile. One-time payment. |
| 🧠 AI support assistant | Answers members inside tickets from the info you provided, closes solved tickets and hands over to a human. Turn on in /ai-support. Monthly billing. |
| 🪄 Concierge setup | We design all settings and texts and build a tidy server. One-time payment. |
8. All commands
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| /setup | The setup window and license activation. |
| /setup-undo | Undo the server build: only what the bot created. |
| /setup-import | Apply a concierge setup code. |
| /settings | Systems, options, places, texts and look. |
| /status | A health check: permissions, missing placements and roles that are too high. |
| /dashboard | The license, add-ons and the last 30 days of activity. |
| /help | The command guide for what is active in your server. |
| /help-panel | A permanent help panel in a room. |
| /botprofile | The bot identity (add-on). |
| /ai-support | The AI assistant in tickets (add-on). |
9. Renewal and license
- The license is bound to the Server ID and does not work elsewhere. Don't share it.
- A private reminder to the server owner: 7 days before, 2 days before, and on the day it ends.
- After expiry the bot stops, but your settings and data are kept and restored the moment you renew.
- Moving to another server? See the transfer policy.
10. Troubleshooting
| What happens | What to do |
|---|---|
| The bot doesn't respond | Run /status. Check the license is active and the bot has permissions in the room. |
| “Missing permissions” | Re-invite the bot with the original link, or grant the permissions listed in section 1. |
| The bot doesn't give a role | Drag the bot's role above the role it has to give (Server Settings → Roles). |
| A panel wasn't posted | In /settings pick the system and re-send the panel. Make sure the room is set in “Places”. |
| The server is locked after a build | You chose to lock until verification. Run /verify grant-all to give existing members the Verified role. |
| I don't like the build | Run /setup-undo and then build again with another style or size. |
| Hebrew looks aligned differently | In a Hebrew server the bot sends classic embeds so Hebrew aligns to the right. This is intentional. |
| Nothing helps | Open a ticket in the general-support room of our server and attach a screenshot. |
